You do not need this form: an email to support@statsapp.no saying you want to withdraw is enough. The form is here for anyone who prefers it.
Fill this in only if you want to withdraw from your subscription within 14 days of subscribing or renewing.

I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the following service: Stats Premium, yearly subscription.

- Email address of the Stats account

- Address
- Date
- Signature (only if sent on paper)
Send it by email to support@statsapp.no, or by post to the address above. If you paid through the App Store or Google Play, ask Apple or Google for the refund instead, as the Terms explain.
